Welcome to the North Central Washington Venture Club!

The NCWVC was started in 2011.  The purpose of the club is to provide a forum to review venture opportunities for investors in North Central Washington. The focus is on early stage investing also known as angel fund investing.  We are looking for companies that have the potential for 10 times return on investment in 5 years.

Meetings are held at venues in Wenatchee and Chelan, from noon until 2:00 p.m. four to six times per year.

Members represent only themselves, there is no pooling of funds.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is limited. Requirements for individuals, are a minimum net worth of $1,000,000 and a history of venture investing or a strong desire to begin venture investing. For organizations, the standard Regulation D requirement is applicable.

The club meetings, presenter emails, etc., do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any securities of the presenting companies by the club. The club is not a broker/dealer or investment adviser and is not registered as such with any state or federal securities regulators including securities industry associations.
